Whether you realize it or not, Les Dudek is probably one of your favorite guitar players. The famous dual guitars you hear on "Ramblin' Man" and "Jessica"? Dickey Betts and Les Dudek. The cool rolling guitar on "Lido Shuffle"? Les Dudek. Guitar on "Fly Like an Eagle"? Les Dudek. The catchy guitar riffs you hear on ESPN and Fox Sports Net? Well, you get the idea. You can see this legendary southern rocker at My Father's Place at The Roslyn Hotel on Thursday, October 11th at 8 p.m.
Les Dudek is a much sought after guitarist due to his talent and versatility. Dudek has performed with and written songs for such artists as Stevie Nicks, Steve Miller, Dave Mason, Cher, Boz Scaggs, Maria Muldaur, The Allman Brothers Band and many more. He is best known for his radio hits, "Old Judge Jones" and "City Magic." He co-wrote "Sister Honey," which appeared on Stevie Nicks’ Rock A Little album, and "Blue Eyes" on Steve Miller’s Wide River album. Les released four critically-acclaimed solo albums with Columbia Records (1976-1981), collaborated on the DFK album with other CBS artists and appeared on Cher’s Black Rose album, writing several songs and playing guitar. (He also appeared alongside Cher in the movie Mask). He has gone on to release three more albums with Eflat Productions, Freestyle, Deeper Shades of Blues, and his latest release, Delta Breeze. Les Dudek is a real American treasure that is recognized and admired by his peers as a genuine talent and loved by his fans for his contribution to the American art form of rock music. He's a gifted songwriter, singer and an original Guitar Legend to audiophiles and guitar aficionados. But, above and beyond, this masterful musician is a giant of a man with a heart and character far greater than his physical stature.

My Father's Place at The Roslyn Hotel is a supper club. In the addition to the price of the ticket there is a $25 minimum charge for food and/or beverages. Date, time and show are subject to change without notice. Doors open two hours prior to the showtime and seating is on a first come, first serve basis. All. ticket holders will be seated at tables.
