Celebrate the month of love! Self love! Join TYC owner, Nicole D'Angelo, for beginner level, gentle yoga, vegan appetizers and desserts, music and mingling. The yoga class will conclude with a guided meditation dedicated to love, self acceptance and goal setting. Mats, bolsters, blankets and all props are at the studio for you. Menu: vanilla cranberry bread, cherry chocolate truffles , lentil bolognese with chickpeas and kale, antipasto platter All dishes are vegan and gluten-free. Dishes may contain nuts. *Menu subject to change depending on availability of ingredients and number of attendees
