Northwell Health Side by Side Celebration of Service with John Legend
This Memorial Day weekend, John Legend will perform at UBS Arena as part of Northwell Presents Side By Side: A Celebration of Service.
Tailgating festivities for the May 29 show begin at 5:00 PM and include games, food, interactive military exhibits and more. Side By Side, which kicks off May 28 with a free-admission block party in NYC's Flatiron Plaza, honors Northwell's commitment to veterans and their families.
Proceeds from this concert benefit Northwell's Military Liaison Services.
Over the last two decades, John Legend has become one of the music industry's biggest hitmakers and collaborators, with singles including the Grammy-award winning "Ordinary People" and the Billboard chart-topper and 13x platinum "All of Me." His latest studio album, 2020's Bigger Love, won a Grammy for Best R&B Album and spawned singles including the title track, "Conversations in the Dark," and "Actions."
